INSURANCE COVERAGE
At KRL, we understand the financial concern that medical costs can bring to patients, and we are committed to offering transparent and affordable pricing for our services. Currently, we do not accept insurance to cover the cost of our collection fee, which encompasses all labs specimen collection, shipping, transportation to the laboratory, mileage, and any special testing expenses. Despite this, we firmly believe that our competitive pricing provides exceptional value for the compassionate care we deliver. We are dedicated to ensuring a seamless and hassle-free payment experience for our patients, and to that end, we offer a variety of convenient payment methods, including Checks, Cash, Square, PayPal and Zelle. Our goal is to make the payment process as effortless as possible for our valued patients.
PAYMENT COVERAGE
We appreciate your understanding that a non-refundable deposit of $25 dollars is necessary to secure a scheduled reserve time. On day of service, our phlebotomists will provide you with an itemized receipt of services rendered, ensuring that you have all the necessary documentation to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement, if applicable. It is important to note our cancellation and rescheduling appointment terms. We kindly request that you provide a notification of at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the deposit. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may require our services during that time. Additionally, please be aware that a patient can only reserve an appointment once with the same deposit within a 30-day period.
