INSURANCE COVERAGE
At KRL, we recognize the financial concerns that medical expenses can bring, and we are committed to providing clear and affordable pricing for our services. While we do not accept insurance for our collection fee—which includes lab specimen collection, shipping, transportation to the laboratory, mileage, and any special testing costs—we strive to offer competitive pricing that reflects the high-quality, compassionate care we provide.
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free payment experience, we offer multiple convenient payment options. Our goal is to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible for our valued patients.
Please note that additional fees may or may not apply, depending on your preferred location and the specific test option you choose. This ensures transparency in our pricing structure.
PAYMENT COVERAGE
We appreciate your cooperation with our scheduling policy. A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
On the day of service, our skilled Phlebotomists or Medical Concierge Healthcare Assistance will provide an itemized receipt for potential insurance reimbursement, if applicable.
To avoid forfeiting your deposit, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. A deposit may be used to reserve an appointment only once within a 30-day period.
